Doha – Mubasher: A Qatari court dismissed a lawsuit filed by Ethmar Company for Trading and Construction, s subsidiary of Ezdan Holdings, against Qatari Investors Group.
The lawsuit was filed to challenge the validity of transferring 15 million shares of Qatari Investors to Al-Misnad Holding, according to a bourse filing.
